Return and Refund Policy

At Misal Enterprises, we ensure that all tyres are inspected before delivery.

• Once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• Orders may be changed or cancelled before delivery and customer acceptance, subject to availability.

• Customers must check the tyre brand, size, pattern, and condition before accepting delivery.

• A one-year warranty is provided against eligible manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by punctures, road hazards, accidents, improper installation, incorrect tyre pressure, wheel alignment issues, overloading, or normal wear and tear.

• Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
